Information generated by the Service:

• Pick history — the unique number picks generated for you each draw, stored to enable results comparison.
• Email delivery logs — records of emails sent to you (type, date, delivery status) for operational reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your unique picks before each draw
• To send results follow-up emails after each draw
• To manage your subscription (activation, cancellation)
• To send a welcome email when you subscribe
• To process your unsubscribe request

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.

We use the following third-party services to operate Balliqa:

5. Data Retention

• Your email and subscription data are retained for the duration of your subscription.
• After cancellation, we retain your email and pick history for up to 90 days for operational purposes (e.g., resubscription), after which it may be deleted.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access controls, and limited access to production systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Cancel your subscription at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
