1. Agreement

By subscribing to or using Balliqa (“the Service”), operated by Breezy Point Beach, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Balliqa is a subscription-based entertainment service that delivers statistically-scored Powerball number picks via email. Picks are generated by scoring randomly generated number combinations against historical pattern criteria.

Balliqa does not guarantee, predict, or influence lottery outcomes in any way. Every Powerball drawing is an independent random event. Statistical pattern analysis does not increase your probability of winning. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription

• The Service is free. No payment is required.
• Your subscription begins when you verify your email address.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

5. Email Delivery

• Picks are delivered via email before each Powerball draw (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday).
• Results follow-up emails are sent after each draw.
• We are not responsible for emails that fail to deliver due to your email provider's spam filtering or other factors outside our control.

6. No Gambling Advice

The Service is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any form of professional recommendation. You are solely responsible for your decision to purchase lottery tickets and for any amounts wagered. We are not liable for any losses incurred from playing the lottery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring methodologies, email designs, and branding associated with Balliqa are the property of Breezy Point Beach, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell picks or any Service content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breezy Point Beach, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from lottery play. Our total liability to you shall not exceed your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers by email of material changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your subscription at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Powerball® is a registered trademark of the Multi-State Lottery Association. Balliqa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state lottery or the Multi-State Lottery Association.
